Doctors Christine and Stephen Friars are more than two of the wonderful dentists you’ll meet at Alliance Dental Wolfville—they’re also a married couple, raising their family in the Annapolis Valley.
Christine and Stephen met at Dalhousie Dental school in the late 80s. Following their graduation, they spent a year in their home province of New Brunswick. Then in 1993 they embarked on a new adventure—purchasing a dental practice together in Wolfville. Today, they’re enjoying the latest chapter of their career with Alliance Dental Wolfville. Here, their priority is to continue providing the same friendly and attentive dental care that their patients have always enjoyed. They welcome new and current patients to come in and discuss their dental health needs, concerns, and goals in the relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Doctors Stephen and Christine love the Annapolis Valley and feel blessed to live, work, and raise their family in such a beautiful part of the world. They have two wonderful daughters, Caitlin and Abbey, who have big plans of their own for exciting careers!

Dr. Matt Davidson
Matt grew up on a dairy farm in Gaspereau, Nova Scotia. As a self-professed night owl, he knew the early mornings of dairy farming were not in his future. On the other hand, from an early age, Matt had an interest in dentistry. This interest was reinforced by several summers of job shadowing with the Friars before he attended dental school.
Matt completed his Bachelor of Science degree at Dalhousie University in 2014 and entered directly into Dalhousie University Faculty of Dentistry, graduating in 2018. After spending eight years in Halifax Matt wanted nothing more than to return to the Valley to begin practicing.
Matt enjoys all aspects of dentistry and looks forward to developing meaningful relationships with all of his patients.
Dr. Chris Moller
Dr. Chris Moller is a general dentist born and raised in Halifax, NS. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Dalhousie University. Chris is dedicated to staying up to date on the latest advancements in dentistry and providing patient-focused care. He enjoys working with all his patients to help them achieve optimal oral health. When he’s not in the office, Dr. Moller can be found trying new restaurants, reading thriller novels, or playing basketball.
